The Weidemann wheel loader 5080 in the 7 t class has a very powerful motorization with exhaust emission standard V, planetary axles for high shearing forces and a roomy comfort cab with the best work ergonomics. At Weidemann, kinematics are adapted to the size of the machine – this guarantees the optimal ratio of forces. The loading arm of the wheel loader 5080 is designed to be particularly stable and torsion-resistant. The Z-kinematics installed ensures that power is always optimally used when loading and unloading the bucket. In the process, the Z-kinematics create huge lifting and tearing forces in short cycle times. On the wheel loader 5080, speed has been increased to 40 km/h so that the wheel loader can get from point A to point B quickly. With this option, the machine also gets a loading arm damping that can be electrically activated. This prevents the machine from swaying at high driving speeds and provides extra comfort for the operator. This makes the wheel loader 5080 ideally suitable for high material handling and working at different application sites.

High Flow Load Sensing High-performance hydraulics
The Load Sensing System is a hydraulic control system that adjusts the pressure and oil quantity of the hydraulic pump to the required conditions. This system reduces oil heating in the hydraulic circuit and lowers fuel consumption. The load sensing system enables full hydraulic power to be delivered even at low engine speeds. This ensures efficient operation of the machine and attachment.

The wheel loader 4080 is designed for medium-size and larger agricultural companies. This size class makes its rounds successfully in industrial and commercial businesses as well. The comfort cab of the wheel loader 4080 offers plenty of legroom, clearly arranged instrument clusters, a comfortable driver’s seat and an optimum view of the attachment. A workplace that completely supports and motivates the operator. This way, comfortable and concentrated work can be done with the loader, even for longer times. The High Flow Load Sensing performance hydraulic system, with 150 l/min flow, is the strongest in the 6 t class. This allows operating front attachments with a high oil requirement, such as, e.g. a snow blower. This machine makes every work application simply more productive.

High hydraulic performance
A Weidemann machine has sufficient hydraulic output. It is therefore suitable for operating many different attachments. The flexible combination of machine and a variety of hydraulically operated attachments covers numerous work tasks.

Jog Dial Control Element
The Jog Dial control element enables various machine parameters and functions to be operated and read out via the display: For example, setting the loading swing arm oscillation damping, reading out the operating hours and machine information or tracking service intervals. The jog dial is positioned within easy reach of the operator’s working area.

30/40 km/h Driving speed
With the appropriate motorization, the machine can optionally reach a speed of 30 or 40 km/h. This allows the machine to be moved from A to B quicker, which saves time, thereby increasing productivity.

Illumination of the work area
The lighting can be adapted for different requirements: Halogen lighting, lighting according to StVZO, LED lighting and additional headlights on the driver’s cab, the loader unit or the telescopic arm. This allows working with the machine adjusted to the individual, even in the dark. A well-lit work area increases work safety and lets the operator work even longer with the machine, in a concentrated and safe manner.

Weidemann 4080 Basic Line

If a cab machine with solid basic characteristics and a good price-performance ratio is needed, a Basic Line model is the perfect choice. A price advantage of interest could be achieved by reducing various components from the configuration of the 30/40 series. Weidemann thus offers an economical but powerful wheel loader that can be used to complete many daily tasks without any problems. With an operating weight of over 6 t, the wheel loader 4080 Basic Line manages considerable tipping loads. A High Flow performance hydraulic system is also already available on the Basic Line. The loader furthermore has a tiltable cab to be able to guarantee good service accessibility.

The wheel loader 3080 is a cab machine that has been tuned perfectly to the issues of medium-size to large companies. The drive via planetary axle increases torque on the wheel, thus improving shearing forces. Two different planetary axles are available for selection. The optimum ratio between shearing forces and machine performance allows working with power and economically at the same time. The Z-kinematics installed ensures that power is always optimally used when loading and unloading the bucket. In the process, the Z-kinematics create huge lifting and tearing forces in short cycle times. When being able to move and turn the machine quickly is vital, a speed increase as a 30 km/h variant is available.

100 % connectible differential lock
Compared to a self-locking differential, the switchable 100 % differential lock provides maximum traction and thrust when needed. This increases the efficiency of the machine. During normal traction drive, the differential lock is switched off. This provides safety and causes less tire wear, thus saving operating costs.

Air-conditioning system
The optional air conditioning system ensures a pleasant working climate inside the cab when outside temperatures are warm. It ensures a high airflow and impresses with its optimized cooling capacity. Our customers describe the compact, but very powerful, wheel loader 2080 as an absolute performer on their farms. The P-Z kinematics applied here is a combination of P-kinematics and Z-kinematics. This allows considerable lifting and tearing forces and also has a fine-tuned parallel guidance. The drive, via planetary axles, increases the torque at the wheel and thus significantly improves the thrust. Through the optimum ratio of thrust and machine performance, you can work flexibly and very economically with the wheel loader 2080. Perfectly tuned P-Z-kinematics
