The Hoftrac 1880 is the top-performing machine at Weidemann in the compact loader segment. With its powerful 61 HP Perkins engine and planetary axle, it offers extremely efficient work and high shearing force in equal measure. The loader boasts of high tearing forces thanks to its powerful P-Z kinematics. This machine is an advantage for farms that require high motorization and lifting and shearing force. The fully electric Hoftrac 1390e works on-site completely emission-free and with a clearly reduced level of noise. This protects the operator and the environment in equal measure. As a result, the loader is predestined for indoor use and in noise and emission sensitive areas. The optional comfort cabin in the 4-pillar design with a panoramic rear windshield provides an excellent provision of space and ensures the best all-round visibility. The matured heating design of the cabin enable all-year-round use of the machine. The installed 96 V lithium-ion battery is available in three different powers, so that running and charging times can be optimally coordinated with the respective operating requirements. Different charging cables and plugs enable easy and flexible charging of the machine.

Easy charging options
The central charging hatch is easily accessible from the outside. The socket, activation switch and charge level indicator are located directly behind it. The charging cable (type 2 plug on machine side, well-known in the automotive industry) including control box is available with a variety of different plugs: 230 V / 10 A Schuko, 230 V / 16 A CEE (blue, 3-pin), 400 V / 16 A CEE (red, three-phase, 5-pin) and 400 V / 16 A (type 2 plug Wallbox, IEC 62196) and other adapter plugs.

Powerful electric drive
The performance of the 1390e is the same as the diesel-powered variant, and the tipping load is even slightly higher. The e-drive therefore has no performance disadvantages compared to the conventional diesel drive.

Electric parking brake
The electric parking brake is automatically applied when the machine is stationary, the travel direction is set to neutral, or the operator leaves the seat. The parking brake is automatically released when the machine is restarted via the gas pedal. This provides maximum safety and comfort for the operator and their work environment. The machine can thus be operated very efficiently thanks to the electric parking brake.

The new generation of the Hoftrac 1390 has a broad array of configurations and its performance, for example in terms of motorization, axles and hydraulic output, can be very well matched to the respective work tasks. Our electronically regulated traction drive, ecDrive (Electronic Controlled Drive), with four different driving modes and electric parking brake, opens up new possibilities for application, comfortable safety and a completely new feeling while driving. The 4-pillar design of the cabin with panoramic rear window offers a significant improvement in visibility from inside the cabin. The excellent spaciousness of the driver’s cab and cabin are unique in this size class.

High quality powder coating
Quality creates added value. The powder coating is a key feature of the Weidemann quality standard. In contrast to the conventional wet painting, it greatly increases the service life and is more efficient and also environmentally friendly in the process.

High pushing power from the planetary axle
The drive via the planetary axle increases the torque on the wheel, thereby improving pushing power. Due to the optimal ratio between the pushing power and machine capacity, work is both flexible and economical.

100% differential lock
The connectible 100% differential lock provides maximum traction and thrusting force if necessary. It also keeps the tire wear low (switched off during normal operation).

Two strong lift cylinders
Weidemann always installs two lift cylinders in all Hoftrac and wheel loader models. This guarantees that the load distribution is always optimally transferred to the load arm. In addition, the entire loader unit gains stability. The size of the lift cylinder is adapted to the respective size of the machine.

Powerful hydraulics.
The 1390 can be optionally equipped with high-flow, high-performance hydraulics. This allows the operation of front attachments that have a high oil demand (such as a snow blower).

Equipment variety
Weidemann Hoftracs come with a comprehensive range of standard equipment. Depending on the application, the engine, drive, hydraulics or tyres can be individually configured. Your Weidemann is always custom-made.

Pressure release for 3rd control circuit
Weidemann also offers a special feature to assist coupling and uncoupling hydraulically operated attachments: The knob for pressure release of the 3rd control circuit is placed, easily accessible, on the oscillating suspension unit. This makes it quicker and more efficient to change the various attachments. It works when the ignition is on or the engine is running. The smooth, flat face couplings are also fitted as standard.

Weidemann 1280

The 1280 represents the medium performance range in the Weidemann Hoftrac segment, so that a wide range of work tasks can be completed optimally with this loader. Thanks to its various equipment options, a tipping load of 1,385 kg – 1,781 kg with bucket can be configured straight. Besides that, the Hoftrac 1280 can be optionally equipped with a longer loading arm. The longer loading arm makes it easy and uncomplicated to achieve an increased lifting height and there is no need to switch directly to a larger machine.

Weidemann 1260LP

The designation LP stands for Low Position at Weidemann. This already has a long tradition and means that the machine has a lower clear height and a low machine center of gravity. With the Hoftrac 1260LP, you can pass under 2 m without having to fold down the overhead guard. On the other hand, the loader is characterized by improved stability, which makes it unbeatable in handling heavy loads. Added to this is our Direct Wheel Drive (dwDrive), a powerful and efficient drive concept in which all four wheels are driven directly. CO2 exhaust gases, noise and soot particles in buildings – that’s a thing of the past! With the fully electric Hoftrac 1190e, you can work on site with completely zero emissions and significantly reduced noise. This protects the driver and the environment in equal measure. This makes the loader pre-destined for indoor use. With the optional cab, which has a sophisticated heating concept, the machine also provides a lot of pleasure in year-round use. The installed 48 V lithium-ion battery is available in three different powers, so that running and charging times can be optimally matched to the respective operating requirements.

Powerful lithium-ion battery
The right battery size can always be selected depending on the application and purpose. A total of three maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries are available: 14.1 kWh is standard, with 18.7 kWh or 23.4 kWh available as options. A 3 kW onboard charger is installed as standard. Optionally, a second 3 kW onboard charger can be selected to increase the charging power up to a total of 6 kW, which is suitable for the medium and large battery to achieve a fast charging time.

Powerful electric drive
The performance of the 1190e is the same as the diesel-powered version, the tipping load is even slightly higher, as the weight distribution of the 1190e has been optimized for a lower center of gravity. The e-drive therefore has no performance disadvantages compared to the conventional diesel drive.

Low operating costs
The running energy costs are significantly higher for a diesel-driven machine than for an electrically driven machine. The higher purchase costs of the e-machine are amortized after some time and thus represent the more economical investment over the entire period of use.

The Weidemann Hoftrac 1160 is a true bestseller and is particularly characterized by its compact design, low center of gravity, small turning radius and powerful performance. Hoftrac 1140 by Weidemann is very popular as a practical entry-level model. Thus, the compact and absolutely versatile loader offers even small farms the option to take care of material handling professionally, in a mechanized way. With its operating weight of 1,630 kg and a tipping load of 664 kg with bucket, the Hoftrac 1140 is already set to do many work tasks. With an additional rear weight, the tipping load can be increased up to 733 kg.
