The SV2R is a vertical straw and hay distributor. This machine can be fully assembled according to the customer’s wishes. The smallest machine has a loading length of 1.25m, the largest has a loading length of 2.00m. As standard, the straw falls out at the bottom of the machine over a width of +/- 1.40m. As an option, the machine can be fitted with a conveyor belt to spread straw on the left and/or right. Another option are wide spreading discs. This spreads the straw over a width of 4-6m (depending on the oil flow).

Besides straw processing, this machine can also be used to feed hay.

VDMJ Stable Boy

VDMJ has been the specialist in all kinds of straw bedding machines for more than 20 years. After the development, production and sale of bedding machines for cowsheds, poultry houses, goat barns, etc. it is now the turn of the horse stables! With the Stable Boy, VDMJ is introducing a unique machine to the market, which has rapidly attracted an incredible amount of attention from horse owners all over the world. This is because the machine offers many advantages, such as faster working, less intensive work, both straw and hay can be distributed, straw saving and much more.

With the specially developed construction, the VDMJ team has succeeded in building a robust machine that is nevertheless very light. This makes the Stable Boy perfect for use with small loaders with a minimum lifting capacity of 500 kg or more (such as Avant, Norcar, Schaffer, Weidemann, Giant, Multione, Gehl, Eurotrac, Pitbull, Bobcat, JCB, Kubota, Thomas, ….).

The Stable Boy is available in 2 versions:

– unloading at the bottom, without conveyor belt (empty weight +- 400 kg)

– left and right unloading, with conveyor belt (empty weight +- 580 kg)

In addition to horse husbandry, the Stable Boy is also frequently used at livestock farms. For example, it is used to spread straw in cubicles.

VDMJ CV2R

With the CV2R bedding machine of VDMJ it is possible to spread cow cubicles, horse stables, calf pens and other stables with various bedding materials such as lime-straw mixture, separated manure, sand, chopped straw, lime-flax mixture, wood shavings (sawdust), peat.

Also, this machine can be used to feed maize (corn), short grass, pulp (chunk), mixed feed …

The CV2R is also widely used in fruit cultivation where it is ideally suited for distributing compost to fruit trees.

VDMJ SSB

With the SSB, it is possible to quickly and efficiently spread poultry houses. Different materials such as wood shavings, sawdust, peat/compost, chopped straw, straw pellets, etc. can be processed and spread over a width of up to 6 metres (depending on the oil flow). Both the quantity and the spreading width are adjustable.

These machines are used in chicken, duck, turkey or goose barns.

The SSB is also used in tunnel greenhouses to spread compost.

VDMJ TSB-260

The TSB-260 is a straw blower that has been specially developed for tractors. This straw blower has a loading length of 2.60m and can therefore handle whole bales at once (both square and round bales). The straw blower can be equipped with a fixed exhaust (V), which allows you to spread only near or far (15-20m depending on the oil flow). With a 300° rotating exhaust, you can also spread close to or far away, but then over a range of 300°. The machine has a rotating floor chain to regulate the straw supply to the turbine. The entire operation of the straw blower is done via an electric joystick box in the cabin.

VDMJ WSB+

This range of straw blowers is specially designed for heavy duty articulated loaders, bulldozers and telehandlers. The machines can be assembled completely according to the customer’s wishes. Fixed extensions can be chosen with loading lengths of 2.10m (A210) or 2.60m (A260). If the machine has to remain compact, a hydraulic frontdoor can be installed at the front of the machine. These have a loading length of 2.00m (HD200) or 2.50m (HD250). The straw exhaust can also be selected as required. With a fixed exhaust (V), you can spread only close or far (12-18m depending on the oil flow). With a 300° rotating exhaust, you can also spread close or far, but then over a range of 300°. Both square and round bales can be processed with these straw blowers. The machine is fully controlled via an electric joystick box in the cabin.

VDMJ WSB-140Z

The WSB-140Z is a mini straw blower that has been specially developed for small shovels, articulated loaders and skid steer loaders with a dead weight of above 1700 kg and a minimum oil flow rate of 35 l/min. Both square and round bales can be processed with the straw blower. This WSB-140Z has a loading length of 1.40m. The loading length can optionally be increased to 2.20m by means of a hydraulic frontdoor at the front of the machine. This door can be opened and closed hydraulically, which makes the straw blower compact but still has a large loading capacity. The WSB-140Z is equipped with a 300° rotating exhaust. This makes it possible to spread straw near but also far (10-12m depending on the oil flow) and this over a range of 300°. The machine also has a rotating floor chain to control the flow of straw to the turbine. The entire operation of the straw blower is done via an electric joystick box in the cabin.
